Live music’s a fitting name, because I never feel more alive than when I’m shooting a concert. Moshing in a crowd and getting shots of a singer screaming over you, sneaking onstage to get shots of the drummer, it’s visceral, and more so than that: so alive with energy. Rock concerts aside, I’ve also shot a lot of classical concerts as well, including the Oyster Bay Music Festival, and pianist Maxim Lando.

Shooting live music never gets old, and I’m fortunate enough to have ample opportunity to cover it.
